RULES:
Each player will receive 6 booster packs of OP-10, from which you will construct a 40-card deck.
30-minutes will be provided for deck construction.
Matches are best of 1.
Players may use any leader from OP-10 or the provided 6-color Luffy.
Players can ignore deck color requirements based on their leader.
